AUTOMATED COVID-19 RISK ASSESSMENT & COMPLIANCE

We have created a COVID-19 Risk Assessment Tool, as an extension to our enterprise class Visitor Management Systems. As part of the pre-registration process visitors can be proactively assessed for travel to restricted countries, exposure to other individuals showing signs of the virus and whether they are exhibiting symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19.

Enterprises will need to take responsibility for the security and safety of employees, visitors, vendors and contractors. It all starts with protecting the front lobby processes in the attempt to contain physical and biological threats.

IBS integrates their Visitor Management System with other enterprise systems such as access control, email and calendaring systems and directory services.
